Manage images and assets

  • Have image/asset files ready to add or reorganize.
  • Open a project where you can edit both assets and referencing documents.
  1. Add assets into organized folders from File workspace.
  2. Rename files with stable descriptive names before referencing them.
  3. Insert/update asset references in your source documents.
  4. For previewable files, use Open Preview or compile preview to verify rendering.
  5. Remove unused assets only after checking for references.
  6. Rebuild output and verify no broken media links remain.
  • Assets appear in expected folders and open from the file tree.
  • Referencing documents render assets correctly in preview/output.
  • No broken media references remain after cleanup.
  • Image editing inside Titan (crop, retouch, light Canva-style adjustments) is not currently shipped. Edit images in another tool, then re-import the updated file with the same filename to refresh references in the document.
  • Asset does not appear in preview
  • Check file path/reference syntax and rerun Compiler, build, and preview.
  • Imported files ended up in wrong location
  • Move files in the tree and update references in source documents.
  • Output contains broken image links
  • Search for outdated filenames and replace with current asset paths.
  • External edits conflict with local changes
  • Use the external-change resolution banner (Keep mine / Load external) before continuing edits.
